DELIVERY & RETURNS

What are the delivery charges?

​

We offer free delivery and returns on all orders.

Our orders are shipped by Colissimo for deliveries in France and by DHL for international deliveries.

What are the delivery times?

When you ask for express delivery, it usually means that the plane carrying your parcel will make the journey half-full, which means extra energy consumption.

In order to limit our impact on the environment and control our carbon footprint, Basiles will not be offering express delivery.

 

Delivery times run from the time of order confirmation by e-mail.

Delivery times are 3 to 5 working days in metropolitan France. 

International deliveries take 5 to 7 working days.

SEMI-MEASURED GARMENTS

​

Please note that for all half-measure garments, delivery times are extended by 15 working days, as these are made to order.

 

Delivery times are given as an indication only. Please note that delivery to outlying rural addresses may take longer.

Orders placed before 14:00 (CEST) will be dispatched the same day.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

To track your order, click on "Your account" in the top right-hand corner of the lesbasilesparis.com website. Log in and use the menu to track your orders. If you have any questions, our Customer Service team can be contacted by telephone or e-mail via the "Contact us" section.

Where can I have my lesbasilesparis.com order delivered?

​

Items purchased on this Site cannot be delivered worldwide.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

​

For security reasons in particular, Basilesparis.com will not process any order for which delivery is requested by poste restante or P.O. box.

All lesbasilesparis.com parcels are hand-delivered to the addressee and therefore no parcel will be deposited in a letterbox.

Do I need to sign for delivery of my order?

​

The recipient's signature is required on receipt of your parcel.

Can you deliver me to my hotel?

​

Yes, to do this, please enter the name of the hotel in the "company" field when entering your delivery address.

​

Please remember to indicate the dates of your stay in the "additional information" field, so that Customer Service can check our ability to deliver your order on time.

​

If this is not the case, we will contact you to let you know.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased on Basilesparis.com?

​

You may return any product ordered on the lesbasilesparis.com website for an exchange or refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date.

 

Any complaint concerning the delivery of the item(s) must be submitted within 14 working days of receipt of the item(s).

They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel. If you have any questions, our Customer Service department can be contacted by telephone or e-mail via the "Contact us" section.

If the items were offered to you, you can only exchange them for items of the same value.

Please contact our Customer Service, who will send you a prepaid return label by e-mail.

​

Any parcel returned after the prescribed period will be refused and returned to the sender. Costs and risks relating to the return of the item(s) are the responsibility of the sender.

For customer service to accept the return, the item(s) must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, intact, with its label attached, unworn, accompanied by all its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

The customer does not have to justify the reasons for the return or pay any penalties, with the exception of return costs and any potential customs duties.

LES BASILES PARIS cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of the parcel.

Packages for which identification of the customer (name, surname, address and return code) is not possible will be refused.

Upon receipt of the item(s) returned by the customer, customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the product by e-mail.

How quickly will I be reimbursed?

​

If the complete order is returned, the refund will include LES BASILES PARIS' standard delivery charges.

To this end, the Customer will insert the delivery invoice indicating the tracking number of the package in the return package.

LES BASILES PARIS will reimburse the Customer the sums paid by the latter and corresponding to the purchase of the returned Products (thus excluding any customs duties), within a maximum period of 14 days by bank transfer to the account used with the credit card bearing the Customer's name.

Please note that a deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you having handled the goods more than necessary.
